Has your pet stayed with us in the past? If so, we have a new portal where you can request reservations, request grooming services, manage and update vaccination information, update your contact information, etc.
We will also be using the portal to send you updates about your pet, including pictures!
FAQs
How do I login? Use the button "Portal Login" above to login. Be sure to use the email you provided on your intake form. If it is your first time logging in, you will need to select 'forgot password' and a link will be emailed to you. Check out this helpful information.
How is the portal useful to me? You will be able to see the contact information we have on file for you, your pet's vaccination records, and your vet information. You can request a boarding reservation, daycare and even our grooming services. The portal will also have photos and updates about your pet during their stay with us.
