Do you offer daycare?
Short answer, no.
Long answer, yes, but not regluarly. We are not setup for daily daycare. We simply do not have the space. If we have availability, we will gladly accept your pup. Just shoot us a text or give us a call to check in.
What are your rates?
We do not list my pricing online. We prefer to have a conversation to understand your needs and make sure we are good fit for one another.
Are you located in Webster, SD?
NO! We used to be, but we moved to Watertown, SD in 2023. We stuck with the name Webster Pets because that's where our roots began to grow.
My dog broke their leg and needs rest, but I am heading out of town, do you offer medical boarding?
Yes, we do. There are limitations, as we am not a vet techs or veterinarians. But we have helped many dogs after surgeries and with other health issues. Give us a call and discuss what your dogs needs are.
Do you require all vaccines?
Check out the policies page for a list of vaccinations that we require.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We book up quick, especially during holidays and weekends. We usually say plan as far in advance as possible.
Do you require a meet and greet?
No, they are not required, but we prefer to do meet and greets. Not only does this allow me to meet your dog, it also gives your dog a bit of familiarity for when you drop them off. You also get a tour of where your dog will be sleeping and spending their day.

What is your cancellation policy?

Do I need to bring food/water bowls?
No, we have plenty of bowls including slow feeders. Just give us a heads up if you prefer to use slow feeders or if you pup doesn't like metal bowls.
Do I need to bring food?
Yes. We require you to provide your dog's food. If we have to provide food, there is an added fee. We usually suggest to bring extra just to be safe.
You do not need to prepackage their food, you can bring your container or even the dog food bag.
Do we bring their bed and toys?
You certainly can. If you do not bring something, we will provide them with something to lay on.
How long are they in the kennel?
We let the dogs out every 2-3 hours. We try to keep the dogs out of their kennel as much as possible. While still giving them rest periods. The longest period will be overnight.
What happens if my dog gets sick or injured while at Webster Pets?
We will first assess the situation, then contact you. If we can't get ahold of you we will try your emergency contact. If the situation requires it, we will contact your vet and potentially the emergency vet in Sioux Falls. (All City Pet Care).
It is vital that you keep all of your information updated in the pet portal.
